Kartik Pant<\/strong> is a Founding Partner at Prakant Law Offices. He graduated from National Law University Odisha, and was awarded a University Gold Medal for Outstanding Leadership. He specialises in commercial and technology laws and is keenly interested in constitutional law. He specialises in addressing various pre-dispute legal requirements for corporates, including structuring and advisory in contracts for various corporate transactions. He also acts as an external in-house for multiple technology, infrastructure and FMCG companies, focusing on Corporate Structuring and various Agreements in a corporation’s life cycle.<\/p>

Kartik is not only associated with various corporates at pre-litigation stage but also represents them before different forums across India including the Hon\u2019ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, Tribunals and arbitrations. He also has extensive experience working with state governments on issues of legal public policy.<\/p>

Currently, in addition to being a Partner with us, Kartik is also a PhD scholar focusing on legal claims arising from violations of various data protection laws across the globe. He is also the team leader for the Rationalization of Laws project in the State of Uttarakhand. He writes regularly in the Economic Survey of the State of Uttarakhand on the intersection of law and economics.
