Saumya Vasudev is an Associate with the Corporate and TMT Team at the Firm. She has experience in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, employment agreements, and shareholder arrangements, along with advising on compliance under the Companies Act. Through her internships, she has also worked on matters involving data protection and technology law, including cross-border data transfers, intermediary liability, and policy updates under India’s evolving privacy framework. 

Saumya enjoys the craft of fine-tuning contractual clauses and brings a detail-oriented approach to her work as she builds her practice in corporate law. Beyond her legal interests, she is a dedicated yoga practitioner and proudly claims to be the healthiest person in the firm.Beyond his legal training, Srijan’s professional ethos has been significantly shaped by his volunteer work. These experiences reinforced his commitment to justice and equity, while enhancing his adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
