Chaitanya is a Founding Partner of the firm. He is an Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and in his capacity as an AOR has had the privilege to handle matters relating to a variety of clients, including private individuals, multinational corporations, government organizations and PSUs. In his wide litigation experience, he has expertly navigated matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, District Courts and various other fora in matters relating to civil, consumer, criminal, matrimonial, constitutional and labour and employment laws.

He has his specialization in Intellectual Property Rights and has extensive experience in handling complex issues relating to IPR including trademark filing and litigations for both private and corporate clients. In his practice, Chaitanya regularly advises corporate clients in navigating their employee disputes, has provided corporate advisory and successfully negotiated their contracts with clients, sub-contractors and vendors. Chaitanya also has a keen interest in Alternate Dispute Redressal mechanisms and has successfully dealt with arbitrations and even mediations to bring about an amicable resolution for the clients.
